Our Garage Door Warranty
We stand behind our work. Here's a plain-language summary of how our limited warranty works — what's typically covered, what depends on the job, and what's excluded.
What we typically cover
- Workmanship on eligible repairs performed by our technicians
- Parts we install, subject to the manufacturer's own parts warranty
- Follow-up visit if the same issue reoccurs shortly after service
How coverage is determined
Warranty coverage on a given repair depends on several factors, including:
- 1The type of job performed (spring, cable, opener, panel, install)
- 2The parts installed and their manufacturer coverage
- 3The overall condition of the door and its hardware at time of service
- 4The technician's on-site assessment and any noted limitations
Your technician will confirm what applies to your specific repair before work begins.
What's not covered
- Misuse, forced operation, or damage from impact (vehicle strikes, dropped objects)
- Structural movement of the building, framing, or opening
- Weather events, floods, ice damage, storms, or other acts of nature
- Modifications, adjustments, or repairs performed by a third party after our service
- Components we did not install or that were not part of the original service
- Failure caused by lack of routine maintenance or lubrication
